Making lasting impressions in every handshake
We designed sophisticated business cards for Flow Company, owned by Mrs. Robinson, that make a memorable first impression in professional networking situations. The design features a minimalist approach with clean lines and ample white space, allowing the Flow brand to speak with confidence and clarity. We selected a premium 600gsm cardstock with a soft-touch lamination finish that feels substantial and luxurious in hand, immediately communicating the company's commitment to quality. The front of the card showcases the Flow logo with a subtle embossed effect, creating a tactile element that invites touch and engagement. We implemented a dual-sided design where the front focuses on brand identity while the back provides essential contact information in a clear, hierarchical layout. The color scheme uses a sophisticated navy blue paired with metallic silver accents, creating a professional yet modern aesthetic that stands out in a stack of business cards. We also incorporated rounded corners for a contemporary feel and added a spot UV coating on the logo to create visual interest and depth. The typography combines a modern sans-serif for the company name with a classic serif for contact details, balancing innovation with trustworthiness.

Visual and typograpy hierarchy
Visual hierarchy is the principle of arranging elements to show their order of importance. Designers structure visual characteristics—e.g., menu icons—so users can understand information easily. By laying out elements logically and strategically, designers influence users’ perceptions and guide them to desired actions. Users notice larger elements more easily can convert.
